accountable for their actions. If a corporation fails to warn the public of
the dangers of a product, then that corporation should be made to compensate
those injured by the failure to warn.

Zyprexa
Side effects not worth the risk
Zyprexa (generically known as Olanzapine) is a medication prescribed to treat schizophrenia and bipolar mania. The drug has now been linked to diabetes mellitus, hyperglycemia, pancreatitis, and blood sugar disorders. So far, 288 cases of diabetes have been reported in Zyprexa patients; 23 of those cases proved fatal.
Zyprexa is made by Eli Lilly & Co. The drug manufacturer has been accused of promoting Zyprexa as safe and effective, even though the company knew of the harmful side effects associated with Zyprexa. Recently, the courts found that Eli Lilly & Co. hid the risk of side effects related to Zyprexa use from consumers.
